First heat oil in pan add aesofotedia cumin and mustard seeds let it crackle...add the gravy....and dry masala....let it cook....now add cauliflower potatoes water and salt...cover the lid and cook till vegies get soft....

Serve hot with putting ghee on cooked green gravy cauliflower, roti, and rice
