  1. Irish potato
  2. Plantain
  3. Egg
  4. Pepper
  5. Salt
  6. Vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the Irish potato, wash and cut into strips add some salt and fry with vegetable oil.

  2. 2

    Peel plantain,cut and fry also.

  3. 3

    Boil an egg in water.

  4. 4

    Blend some pepper, fry with little veg oil, add some salt.

  5. 5

    Serve the Irish potato, plantain, egg, and pepper sauce together.
