Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgrated cucumber the green big ones
  2. 1 cuproasted semolina or rawa
  3. Halfcup jaggery
  4. 2 tablespoonsfresh grated coconut
  5. Dryfruits kaju or pistachios of ur choice
  6. 2 tablespoonsghee
  7. Cardamom powder
  8. 1 pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Roast one cup of semolina in one tablespoon of ghee

  2. 2

    Grate the cucumber and grate jaggery and add this to the roasted semolina

  3. 3

    Add dryfruits of ur choice,a pinch of salt,cardamom powder and keep it aside

  4. 4

    Add two tablespoons of grated coconut..u can mke it in cooker by steaming it or on sand as shown in the picture

  5. 5

    Grease the vessel with ghee and pour the mixture in it and cook for 10/15 mins..

  6. 6

    Cucumber cake or Dhondas ready to eat
