Ingredients

  • 1 cupgrated cucumber the green big ones
  • 1 cuproasted semolina or rawa
  • Halfcup jaggery
  • 2 tablespoonsfresh grated coconut
  • Dryfruits kaju or pistachios of ur choice
  • 2 tablespoonsghee
  • Cardamom powder
  • 1 pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast one cup of semolina in one tablespoon of ghee

  2. 2

    Grate the cucumber and grate jaggery and add this to the roasted semolina

  3. 3

    Add dryfruits of ur choice,a pinch of salt,cardamom powder and keep it aside

    Add two tablespoons of grated coconut..u can mke it in cooker by steaming it or on sand as shown in the picture

    Grease the vessel with ghee and pour the mixture in it and cook for 10/15 mins..
