Ingredients

15 minutes
2 servings
  • 1 cupsago/sabudana
  • 2Boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 cupPeanut powder
  • as neededFine chooped coriander
  • 1 teaspoonCumin seeds
  • as neededOil fro frying vada

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak sago for 2 hr.

  2. 2

    Mashed a boiled potatao.

  3. 3

    In bowl add sago mashed potato red chilli powder. Cumin seeds salt and coriander.

  4. 4

    Mix well.

  5. 5

    Make a small balls from mixture.

  6. 6

    Heat oil in pan.

  7. 7

    Deep fry the sabudana vada.

  8. 8

    Remove on tissue papar

  9. 9

    Serve with imli chutney.
