Mix all the spices in a bowl, add the turkey then rub the spices into it, leave in the freezer to absorb the spices for at least four hours.

Put in a cooking pot then little water and onions then boil till tender. Remove from the stock then fry.

Next, heat up the vegetable oil in a pot or big sauce pan, add diced onion then saute.

Mix the tin tomatoes with water then add to the oil and fry till dry, add the blended pepper and fry for another three minutes, at this point add two cooking spoons of meat stock, taste and adjust if necessary

Lastly add the fried turkey then start stir for few minutes, cover then lower the heat to allow it absorb some of the sauce. Open after five minutes then stir again for few minutes then put off the heat
