Ingredients

  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • as neededTutti frutti

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large bowl, mix atta and sugar.
    Now firstly add only half of milk and ghee and get the mixture together by hands.

  2. 2

    If required, add in more ghee and milk to form a cylindrical log. Add in the tutty fruity.

  3. 3

    Dont knead the mixture. It should have a crumble like texture from within.
    Wrap the log in a foil and keep in freezer for 15 min.

  4. 4

    Preheat the pressure cooker.
    Cut the log in squares (of biscuit like thickness)

  5. 5

    Put them in a idli stand and cook on low flame for 15 mins. Keep checking to ensure they are not burnt.
    Once they turn brown, switch off the flame.

  6. 6

    Allow them to cool.
    Store and serve.
