Take a khoya in a pan and add milk powder cream milk jeggary desicated coconut and sugar. mix and roast on a mid. slow flame add grated ginger and suth powder kesarsoaked in a 1 tb. milk. stir cont. and add cardamom dana when consistency is become thick add ghee 1 t. spoon. and flame off. and stir for 2-3 mins.

Take in a plate and spread mixture nfor room temp. Now make a balls and coat with poppy seeds and garnish with Almond
