Steps

In a mixing bowl take all purpose flour and suji.

Add salt, powdered sugar, ghee and vanilla essence.

Mix well and knead firm dough with enough milk or water. Rest for 15 minutes.

Make marble size balls from it.

Take a fork or a new comb. Take one ball, flatten it, put at the back side of fork and press it gently. Then fold it and make roll.

Prepare all kul kuls like this.

Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown and crisp.
