Ingredients

4servings
  • 3 cupscorn
  • 3 cupsbreadfruit
  • Quater cup red oil
  • 1maggi stckpot
  • 2 tbsblended fresh pepper
  • Salt to tast

Steps

  1. 1

    Put half pot of water on your heat source, add a little salt to it and allow to boil.

  2. 2

    Once it boils, pour in the ukwa amd corn to cook

  3. 3

    Once the ukwa feels soft, you add your ingredients, stir tilk it turns porridgy

  4. 4

    Turn of your heat sourve and enjoy.
