Use heavy and deep bottam utensil and Nicely boil the milk and soak the rice for 20 mins

After the rice get soaked add in boiled milk and stir for 5 mins on low flame

Cook for 4 to 5 hrs on low heat until it changes it's colour,stir the milk inbetween every after 15 mins

After that,add sugar as well as dry fruits and mix well. After it mix well turn off the flame

Your hot rice rabri kheer is ready refrigate for 3 hours and serve cold. enjoy with your friends and family member
