Steps

Firstly boil the vegetables i.e.pumpkin, potato & brinjal& mash it

Now heat oil in a pan &saute jeera & Coriander powder. Add garlic & Ginger paste. Saute it for two min.

After that add chopped onion.saute it till brown. Now add chopped tomato& green chilli. Satue it for 5 min.

Now mix turmic powder and Satue it 2 min. Then mix red chilli powder & salt

After that mix boil & crushed vegetables. Cook it for 5 min.

Now decorate with butter & Coriander leaves.

Now hot tava & Saute pav with butter till brown.

Pav bhaji is ready to eat
