To marinade the pork start by mixing all the ingredients together well. You can add a little more honey if you like.

Cover with clingfilm and refrigerate for 2 hours minimum. Overnight in fridge would give it a better flavour.

Preheat oven to 180c.

Transfer pork steaks and marinade to an ovenproof dish.

Roast for 20-25 minutes, turning the steaks halfway through cooking.

Serve over boiled white rice.
