Vegetable Fried Rice
Steps

Fry your onions until they are golden brown

Add your crushed garlic

Add your grated carrots

Now add all your dry spices

Add your green pepper, zucchini and corriander

Add your rice, I opted not to wash it first
- 7
Mix well and ensure all the rice is covered with the spices

Now add hot water, 3 cups and give one final stir
- 9
Lower the heat and allow the rice to steam
- 10
Serve with fresh cut tomatoes, green chilli or avocado (optional) I used only green chilli
