Steps

Fry the minced meat in alittle oil and add.the onions fry till ready season with salt

In a bowl put the flour and oil.add alittle water and knead

Knead till it forms a soft dough let the dough rest for.15 minutes

Divide the dough into 4 balls and roll out each ball into circular shape

Stack each circle on each other applying oil in between

Roll the stacked circles again now together fry them little in a hot pan till it.bubbles and turn the other side

Peel each chapati and cut into four

Roll it into a samosa and use flour and water glue

Stuff the meat and seal

Deep fry in oil till brown
