Ginger/garlic
Cummins seed's
Egg yellow 1/2t/spoon
Salt
Dhania
Oil

Slice your potatoes.

Mix all your ingredients together in a bowl to a thick butter by adding water.

On a medium heat the oil and deep fry the potatoes to done and soft.
