  1. 1 kgwimgs
  2. Dark soy sauce
  3. White pepper
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. Garlic paste
  6. Oil for deep frying
  7. Butter
  8. Coriander for garnish or the onion leafs

Steps

  1. 1

    Deep fry your chicken wings till they are golden brown

  2. 2

    Fry your garlic in some oil

  3. 3

    Add butter to the cooked garlic

  4. 4

    Add a pinch of sugar stir then add soy sauce

  5. 5

    Add your wings make sure you put in bits.
    Garnish your wings then you can
    Serve with fried rice or chips

  6. 6

    Enjoy.
