Here are the 3 ingredients.

I used adobera cheese, but you can use whatever cheese you have at home—Oaxaca, panela, adobera, or your favorite. Warm the tortillas and add the cheese and epazote (washed and chopped).

Fold the tortillas and cook for a few minutes on each side until the cheese melts.

Serve with your favorite salsa and a salad. I just added tomato since I didn’t have more veggies.
