Ingredients

  1. 1 (450 g)canned salmon (no need to buy the expensive red)
  2. 1small onion finely grated the juice and the pulp
  3. 1. Stalk finely chopped celery
  4. 3 tbspminced fresh parsley
  5. to tasteSalt and pepper
  6. 2large eggs, well beaten
  7. 1 1/2 cupsbreadcrumbs -can you try, mashed potato
  8. 2 tsplemon juice
  9. 3 tbspbutter, you might need a little more for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the salmon and liquid into a medium stirring bowl

  2. 2

    Flake with a fork, removing, or mashing any bone they are also quite good, safe and completely edible

  3. 3

    Mix in the grated onion, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper

  4. 4

    Mix in the beaten eggs

  5. 5

    And enough breadcrumbs, to make the salmon mixture is thick enough to shape 12 small patties

  6. 6

    Roll the patties in half the breadcrumbs

  7. 7

    In a large heavy pan over low heat 2 tables at, then add the parties, four at a time crowd the pan.

  8. 8

    Fry the patties slowly on one side: add the remaining butter, turn the patties and fry until brown on the other side
