Ingredients

120 gindomie
120 gindomie spice
3Scotch bonnets
2minced garlic
2 table spoonboiled Kidney
1 table spoongreen peas
1 table spoonchopped carrots
1 table spoonchopped onion
1/4 tea spoontumeric
125 mlwater
1 table spoonoil

Steps

Parboil indomie with tumeric and set aside

To a pan add 1 table spoon oil, kidney, chopped onion and stir for few seconds

Add Scotch bonnet, green peas, garlic, carrots, indomie spice and stir for a few seconds

Add in parboiled indomie and stir fry for like 1 minutes and its done

Garnish with peppered fish
