First boil potatoes,carrot,cauliflower.And smash well

Add oil and 80 gm butter. Add ginger garlic. Saute,add onion. After2 minutes add capsicum. Add tomato puree.Add green chillies and all masala powders(red chilli powder,pav vaji masala,garam masala powder) Cool until oil come out.

Add smashed vegetables. Smash and mix well. Add2cups of water. Cook for10 minutes or until gravy will thick. Add rest of butter,and coriander leaves and lemon juice.

In a tawa add butter, 1/2tspred chilli powder,1/2 tsp pav vaji masala and 1tsp coriander leaves(chopped) Fry pav in it.and serve hot.
