Steps

Mash the paneer and Khoya kheer separately. Paneer should be mashed to ensure it's smooth

Mix both the mashed mixture using 1/2 teaspoon ghee

Powder the sugar and mix it well

Heat a pan and add half teaspoon ghee and put this mix into it and saute it well

Remove half of it and add Vanilla essence into it and let it cool in the fridge

Add chocolate powder in rest half and mix. Flatten it in a plate and let it cool in fridge

Remove both after 30 mins and cut into any shape you want and place one on top of another. Your double Decker sondesh is ready
