It is a traditional classic sweet dish.
Steps

Heat the ghee in a pan on low flame. Add grated carrot and mix well. Cover it for 2 to 4 minutes.

Now add milk and cream in a pan and brings to boil, Stir occasionally so that mixture does not stick to bottom.

Once milk evaporated add sugar and mix well. Stir occasionally till the mixture becomes little dry. Switch off the gas.

Add cardamom powder and finely chopped dry fruits. Mix well. Gajar ka halwa is ready to eat.
