I love eating healthy & these veggies are rich in iron.
Steps

Finely chop the veggies after cleaning them thoroughly.

Fry the chopped onions & add in thinly sliced tomatoes.

Add the veggies & stir them to ensure the tomatoes are evenly distributed.

Allow to cook for 5 minutes add salt, stir & turn off the heat.

Serve with Ugali, Chapati or Rice.
