Cut the broccoli into pieces. ຕັດຫົວບັອກໂຄລີເປັນຕ່ອນພໍດີຄຳ.

Chop garlic. ສັບກະທຽມ.

Chop carrot. ຫັ່ນກະລັອດໃຫ້ເປັນຕ່ອນສີ່ຫລ່ຽມນ້ອຍໆ.

Chop ginger. ຫັ່ນຂີງໃຫ້ເປັນຕ່ອນສີ່ຫລ່ຽມນ້ອຍໆ.

Put oil into a pan and turn on the stove as a medium level. Then put the chopped carrot and chopped ginger into it. After a few minutes then put chopped garlic. Stir them. ຕັ້ງເຕົາ ແລ້ວໃສ່ນ້ຳມັນ. ປັບໃສ່ໄຟກາງ. ເອົາກະລັອດ ແລະ ຂີງລົງກ່ອນ. ຂົ້ວໄດ້ໄລຍະນຶ່ງປະມານ 2-3ນາທີຈຶ່ງໃສ່ຜັກກະທຽມ.

Turn the stove to high level. Then, put the broccoli into the pan. Pour water, oyster sauce into it. ເລັ່ງໄຟເຕົາໃສ່ໄຟແຮງ ຈາກນັ້ນເອົາຜັກບັອກໂຄລີລົງ. ໃສ່ນ້ຳດື່ມພໍປະມານ ແລະ ນ້ຳມັນຫອຍ.

Add tomato sauce.ຕື່ມຊອດຫມາກເລັ່ນ.

Stir them and wait till the water goes. Then, it is ready to serve. ຂົ້ວຈົນນ້ຳແຫ້ງແລ້ວຈຶ່ງປົງ.
