Preheat oven at 180°c

Prepare your baking tin-i used a 2kg square tin

Sieve flour,mix in all the dry ingredients and set aside

Blend your bananas until you get a fine texture

Pour in a bowl,add your beaten eggs followed by all the wet ingredients

Fold in your dry ingredients bit by it,avoid over mixing

When your batter is ready add your raising and mix well
- 8
Put in the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes or when a skewer inserted comes out clean
