Soak your rice in water at the morning.

Around 6pm wash it and put some onions then blend it till smooth.

Then cook some rice like two tins allow it to cool well well

Then put it to the masa batter then yeast then flour put your hand and mixed it very well

Then cover it and put it in warm place over night

In the morning put the sugar and the potash like 2 cups then fry till it turns to golden brown
