1 bowlsoaked rice
1 cupyellow moong daal
2onion tgin sliced
1tomato finely chopped
Pinchblack pepper
1/2 tbspred chilli powder
1 tbspghee
1 tbspjeera/cumin

Add ghee in a pressure cooker heat it, add jeera and cracker it.

Add onion, tomato sauté 2 minutes.

Add rice and daal and water, close tge lid tightly. Cooked for 3-4 whistle.

Khichdi is ready to serve.
