Ingredients

10,pax
  • 15medium sized potatoes
  • 2onions
  • 200 gboiled njugu/nzuu
  • 5 TSPsalt
  • 3 cupswater

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onions

    A picture of step 1 of Mukimo.
  2. 2

    Put in njugu and let it dry add the salt.

  3. 3

    After 10min add potatoes

    Stir the mixture for 5 minutes and add three cups of water

  5. 5

    Bring it to boil till potatoes are cooked

  6. 6

    Pour excess water and mash.Voila you have your mukimo.
