1.5 cupblanched mushroom
1large tomato chopped
2 clovesgarlic chopped
1 tspginger paste
1 tspred chilli Powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededbutter

Heat butter and add onion slices saute well

Now add ginger and garlic and saute well
3

Add mushroom and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
4

Add chopped tomato mix well
5

Add sugar and fry well
6

Serve it with roti or paratha
