Steps

Cut breast into strips, fry till water dries out (add some black pepper n salt while frying)

Mix cream and eggs to make egg mix, scramble to make scrambled eggs

Take your fried chicken strips, fry together with red pepper, white onions.

Arrange spinach as seen above, place your fried red pepper, chicken place at the centre of your bowl, then top with scrambled eggs, then place grated cheese and garnish with spring onion
