  1. 1medium size fried fish
  2. 2tomatoes
  3. Halfonions
  4. 1little Oil for cooking
  5. 1beef cube
  6. Salt

20 mins
  1. 1

    Fry onions till brown then add tomatoes. Better grated

  2. 2

    Add a little water and beef cube.

  3. 3

    Taste to see the amount of salt to add.

  4. 4

    Let it simmer for 2mins then add fish.

  5. 5

    Simmer for 8mins. It ready to eat with Ugali
