Ingredients

  1. 2 lbground turkey raw
  2. 1huge carrot peeled and diced
  3. 4-5celery stalls diced
  4. 1onion diced
  5. 1 tspolive oil
  6. 4 cupschicken stock
  7. 1 1/2 cupsuncooked rice
  8. 1 cancream of chicken chicken/mushroom
  9. 1 bagyellow shredded cheddar cheese (2 cups)
  10. to tasteSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sauté veggies with olive oil until cooked soft

  2. 2

    Add turkey to veggies and cook til no more pink raw meat is seen

  3. 3

    Add rice, and chicken stock and simmer for 20 min

  4. 4

    Add salt and a little bit of pepper and cream of chicken soup and cheese. Heat through when stiring.
