Ingredients

  • 2 lbground turkey raw
  • 1huge carrot peeled and diced
  • 4-5celery stalls diced
  • 1onion diced
  • 1 tspolive oil
  • 4 cupschicken stock
  • 1 1/2 cupsuncooked rice
  • 1 cancream of chicken chicken/mushroom
  • 1 bagyellow shredded cheddar cheese (2 cups)
  • to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté veggies with olive oil until cooked soft

  2. 2

    Add turkey to veggies and cook til no more pink raw meat is seen

  3. 3

    Add rice, and chicken stock and simmer for 20 min

  4. 4

    Add salt and a little bit of pepper and cream of chicken soup and cheese. Heat through when stiring.
