I love homemade ice cream. My family would make this often during summer time as I grew up. We double the vanilla because we like the flavor. But you can change the flavor by adding your favorite flavoring. Also we have made peach, strawberry, and banana nut with this same recipe simply by adding the fruit and nuts directly to the mixture.

Tastes very, very, close to Blue Bell homemade vanilla. This is really easy. No eggs.

After enjoying some hot chocolate, I came up with this recipe. I've had this dessert before in fancy cafes or hotel lounges. Since it had cocoa powder on top then, I referred to a hot chocolate recipe to create this super delicious dessert made for adults.This is delicious with coffee prepared either from ground beans or instant coffee.
