Spicy Peperoncino Pasta 🌶 (chili-pepper spaghetti) Spicy Peperoncino Pasta 🌶 (chili-pepper spaghetti)
After you finish this pasta you can use any leftover sauce in your bowl for dipping slices of baguette in!This recipe uses fedelini noodles, which are a thinner version (~1.4mm thick) of spaghetti . If you don't have these you can substitute other thin noodles like thin vermicelli (~1.7mm thick), or if you have nothing else you can use regular spaghetti noodles(~2mm thick)🍝If you don't have fresh parsley you can also substitute dried parsley, and just use much less. Roasted bell pepper sauce for pasta Roasted bell pepper sauce for pasta
This is a recipe that I came up with one day when I was roasting some bell peppers to preserve in oil. It has since become a family favorite, both as a side dish (like in the photo) or as a main. I use fresh homemade pasta, but it works well with store bought spaghetti or fettuccine noodles. Martin Jon Madsen -
Roasted Red Pepper Pasta Roasted Red Pepper Pasta
I saw a guy making a sauce with roasted red peppers a while back. I couldn’t find the video and I looked into it on google. Everyone was adding cream… which I had none of in the fridge. Really, I didn’t have any tomatoes but I had a bunch of pasta and a jar of red peppers… so I made due with what I had. It worked. I didn’t take as many pictures as I normally do, this was an afterthought. If you have questions, just ask. Karl -
Spaghetti Spaghetti
Once when working at the shipyard a co-worker brought a dish in similar to this I add the Herbs and spices to it. His was spaghetti and cheese. It's definitely a vegetarian dish but don't let the lack of sauce deter you its simple, fast, but delicious. Also good with leftover spaghetti noodles. skunkmonkey101 -
