In a pressure cooker add oil and dry red chilli, jeera, curry leaves. Now add ginger and onion fry it. Add potatoes and fry for sometime. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well.

Add rice and mix. add hot water and mix well. close the lid of the cooker and cook for 1 whistle. let it cool down. open it and add coriander leaves.

Serve hot.
