Ingredients

  • 100 gmpoha
  • 2onions
  • 2green chilli
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1 tsphaldi powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 2 tsplemon juice
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  • to tastesalt
  • as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the poha and keep asides

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok add mustard seeds when crackle add chopped onion and green chilli and saute it

  3. 3

    Now add chopped tomato and spices and saute till leave the oil.

  4. 4

    Add poha and mix well,cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes,

  5. 5

    Add green coriander and serve hot
