Aaloo Paratha

Wash and boil potatoes. Peel and grate potatoes. Keep it a side.

Take maida and wheat flour in mixing bowl add little salt 2 tablespoon oil mix all the ingredients well and prepared soft dough by adding required water. Rest it for 20 to 25 minutes.

Put one pan on flame add 1 tablespoon oil in to the pan. Now add rai jeera and roast little add ginger garlic chilli paste asafoetida and haldi and curry patta chopped finely mix all the ingredients and prepared tadka.

Add boiled and grated potatoes in the tadka mix well add dhaniyajira powder red chilli powder sugar and salt mix all the ingredients and cover the pan and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

Opened the lid and sprinkle finely chopped coriander leaves in the potato mixture.. switched off the gas and add lemon juice mix well. Now stuffing is ready.

Now take a prepared dough and again knead using little oil. Prepare pedas.Take one peda and roll small poori size roti fill some stuffing and cover all over the sides and press lightly. Again roll and prepared medium size paratha.

Roast the paratha on hot tawa apply oil on both the side. Paratha is ready to serve. Serve with any chutney or curd or tomato ketchup. If desired serve with any sabji also.

This is khatta meetha aaloo paratha.
