Boil the granules and strain

Take all purpose flour salt sugar oil and water and knead a soft dough,keep aside.

Now heat a pan add oil and add ginger garlic paste and saute

Add soy granules and mashed Potato and saute well adding salt and red chilli Powder

Add chat masala powder and sugar mix

Sprinkle garam masala powder and green chillies, switch off

Now take small portion of the dough and roll into round shape

Cut into two halves and add the filling

Seal it properly and deep fry

Serve it with sauce or dips
