Crispy Baked Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  1. 5medium Russet potatoes, evenly cut into 8 pieces
  2. 50 mlolive oil
  3. salt (to taste)
  4. 2 tspminced garlic
  5. 1 tsppaprika
  6. 1 tspminced parsley (or dry parley) for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    In a big bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, and salt.

  2. 2

    Add potato wedges. Toss together to coat evenly.
    Arrange potato wedges in a single layer on a large baking tray.

  3. 3

    Bake in a 390F preheated oven for 17 minutes. Turn over the wedges and bake another 17 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

    Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with your favorite dish! 😋
