Have all ingredients ready. Add the yeast to the warm milk and ginger and a pinch of sugar mix and stir until all mixed leave to go frothy

Add 3 Cups of the flour to a large mixing bowl. Add the yeast mix if its frothy. Mix well

Add the warm water with the butter and sugar mixed in to the flour dough and mix then add the water mix to the dough and mix and add the rest of the flower until its collecting stuff stuck to the sides

Lightly sprinkle some of the flour on a surface and knead for about 10 minutes

Roll into a big ball and rub oil all over the ball, then lightly oil the container that you are going to put the dough ball in, Cover and let it rise for 2 hours

When its risen cut in half and give a 5 minute knead to both add 25g of cheese to both. Add the Cheese along the loaf then seal it by rolling it so as the cheese will be right through the loaf.

Cut in along the middle add the 2 tbls cheese and close it up and add to the bread dishes to rise for 1 hour

Cover and let rise for 1 hour

Add to a grease lined bread dish or a silicone and cook. Preheated oven 180 C for 45 minutes - 1 hour checking occasionally. Brush the top with a little milk
