Sunday rice with a different,the carrots made it today.
Steps

Parboil rice and wash boil it again add seasoned salt and boil till is done.rinse and grate the carrots on the rice.

Season the chicken very well with salt,thyme,knorr cubes,onion and boil

Blend fresh tomatoes,fresh tatasi remove the seeds,ginger and tumeric.boil for 30minutes

Heat up vegetable oil and fry the tomato paste.fry and be stirring with a wooden spoon.

Pour in the chicken stock,thyme,knorr cubes,Seasoned salt,and a cup of water allow it to boil for another 20mins.
