A variation on my Mum’s recipe. Really simple to do.
Apple and blackberry crumble
A variation on my Mum’s recipe. Really simple to do.
Steps

Grease oven dish with small amount of butter. Preheat oven 180c (fan). Add chopped apple.

Add butter to flour and mix/ crumb by hand to fine crumbs in a bowl.

Mix in sugar to crumble
- 4
Add blackberries, water and sprinkle of sugar to apples in oven dish.

Add crumble to apple mixture and spread evenly. Sprinkle more sugar on top.

Cook crumble on middle shelf of oven 180c (fan) for 30 to 45 minutes. You want the crumble to start browning. Don’t worry if there are cracks.

Serve with tinned custard,cream or milk
