Ingredients

  1. 1 kgbeef, cubed
  2. 1onion, chopped
  3. 1/4broccoli, chopped
  4. 2potatoes, diced
  5. 1 tspbarbecue spice
  6. 1 tspsteak and chops spice
  7. 1 tsprajah curry powder
  8. 1 clovegarlic
  9. 1 cubebeef stock
  10. 2 tbspbarbecue marinade sauce
  11. 2 tbspoil
  12. 1/4green pepper, chopped

Steps

2 hours
  1. 1

    Mix meat with minced garlic and all spices and marinade sauce leave for 20 mins

  2. 2

    In a separate pot fry onion and rajah then add your meat mix

  3. 3

    Simmer for an hour on a low heat

  4. 4

    Add potatoes, broccoli and green pepper.cook slowly to avoid water and it will come out like this
