1 kgbeef, cubed
1onion, chopped
1/4broccoli, chopped
2potatoes, diced
1 tspbarbecue spice
1 tspsteak and chops spice
1 tsprajah curry powder
1 clovegarlic
1 cubebeef stock
2 tbspbarbecue marinade sauce
2 tbspoil
1/4green pepper, chopped

Mix meat with minced garlic and all spices and marinade sauce leave for 20 mins

In a separate pot fry onion and rajah then add your meat mix

Simmer for an hour on a low heat

Add potatoes, broccoli and green pepper.cook slowly to avoid water and it will come out like this
