In a bowl gram flour, curd and water. Mix well and make a smooth batter. It should be thick

Add salt and set aside for 4 hours covered with a lid. Add ginger, green chili paste,turmeric powder to the batter and mix it well.

Keep the steamer or cooker ready on gas. Grease a baking dish. Now take tsp of eno, 1 tsp oil and lemon juice and mix it well.

Add this to the batter and mix well. Pour the batter into the greased pan and steam for 10-12 min or till done.

Cool it for some time and cut into big cubes. Heat little oil in a small pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves allows to splutter.

Remove and pour it over dhlokas. Garnish the bean dolls with coriander and sliced green chillies. Serve with hari chutney.
