Ingredients

  • 1 cupdalia
  • Chopped vegetable of your choice
  • 1chopped tomato
  • Grated ginger
  • 1 pinchhing
  • Cumin seed
  • Chopped green chilli
  • Turmeric powder
  • Black papper powder
  • Fine chopped coriander leave
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a cooker heat it with a oil when oil get heated then add cumin seeds, chopped green chilli and hing when they get red in colour then add grated ginger fry it then add chopped vegetable and fry them nicely then add chopped tomato and fry it again

  2. 2

    Then add dalia in it and fry it for more few minutes then add turmeric powder, salt and black pepper powder mix them nicely then add water in it and close the lid so the it may give 2 3 whistle the lower the flame and cook it for more few minutes then off the flame

  3. 3

    Then open the lid and add fine chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot u can add little desi ghee to make it more tasty..
