Ingredients

4hrs+20mins
2 servings
  • 6 piecesboneless chicken
  • 1.5 tsplemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp orange colour
  • 1.5 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1egg beaten
  • 2 tspcornflour
  • 6-7diced onion pieces
  • 1 tspmustard oil
  • 1 tsptandoori masala

Steps

4hrs+20mins
  1. 1

    Marinate all the ingredients together for 4-5hrs.

  2. 2

    Set them in skewers.

  3. 3

    In a non stick pan,set the skewers.

  4. 4

    Roast fr 5-6mins and flip it.

  5. 5

    Apply some butter on chicken tikka while roasting.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle chaat masala on each piece.

    Serve hot with mint coriander chutney and onion rings.
