Cinnamon rolls
I tried lots of recipes n finally got one to share.
Steps

Mix all the dry ingredients your stand mixing bowl,place the milk,water and butter in a small bowl and microwave that for about 15 secs.

Place the wet ingredients in the bowl n with the dough attachment on nead the dough at low speed,once everythin is combined add in the dough n increase the speed.

The dough will be sticky but dont worry.place the dough on your floured work surface and start neading it with your hands until its soft n nt sticky anymore.let the dough rest until its risen.placing the dough near warm places fastenes the prosses

Roll the dough to as thin as u can get it.spread the butter on the rolled dough,ensure that u get every side of the dough,once done spread the cinnamon n sugar all over the dough n start rolling the dough.cut the dough into desired size and place them on a greased baking pan.let the rolls rise up again for about 1 1/2 hrs before baking them in a preheated oven of 250°c for about 20 mins or until golden brown

Pour the condensed milk right after you take the rolls out of the oven.Nothing smells better than freshly baked cinnamon roll.Enjoy
