Ingredients

  • gramflour
  • dhania
  • jeera
  • salt
  • ginger paste
  • water
  • turmeric

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients to make a thick paste

  2. 2

    Dip ur sliced potatoes in the paste coating them well

  3. 3

    Deepfry them till done

  4. 4

    Serve with chutney or tomato sauce.

  5. 5

    For chutney I blended tomatoes onion, Dhania,chillies, salt, lemon juice and some garlic paste al together.

  6. 6
