  • 1,5 kgchicken wings
  • 1 sachetBenny spice
  • 4 clovesminced garlic
  • 1 tbsppaprika
  • 2or more tbsp of piri piri
  • 1 cupflour
  • 4 tbspbread crumbs
  • 4eggs beaten
  • 1 cupoil to fry

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    Mix chicken wings wit garlic and all the spices

    Pour some piri piri in the flour. Dip chicken wings into the flour then in the eggs and in bread crumbs

    Then dip in the hot oil and fry keep turning until golden brown
