Ingredients

  1. 1 cupspinach chopped
  2. 1 cuppaneer cubes
  3. 2green chillies
  4. 1 teaspoonGinger garlic paste
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 table spoonOil
  7. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  8. as neededcashew nuts
  9. 1 teaspoongaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Puree palak with very little water with green chilliesand cashew nuts.

  2. 2

    In a pan heat oil and when hot add jeera.

  3. 3

    Then add palak puree.

  4. 4

    Add salt garam masala. Bring to Boil.

  5. 5

    Add paneer cubes and cook for 5 mins.
